Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Specialist based in Noida. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies and colletrals, catalogues, website and social media management to support sales efforts. Additional responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, analyzing trends, and fostering effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Strong Communication skills for engaging with clients, team members, and developing marketing tools colletrals effectively. Expertise in Market Research to identify trends, customer preferences, and business opportunities. Experience in Sales and developing Marketing Strategies and colletrals to drive growth and achieve business goals. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to evaluate market trends and develop actionable insights. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field. Previous experience in the optical or healthcare industry is a plus. Proficiency in digital tools and platforms relevant to marketing and data analysis.
