Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for onboarding new brands and establishing tie-ups for the assigned category by closely collaborating with Business Development Managers. Your role will involve supporting the business development manager in day-to-day operations and implementing organizational policies. Additionally, you will be required to identify and source opportunities through various channels such as inbound lead follow-ups, outbound cold calls, emails, and networking. Analyzing important metrics of brands to facilitate business expansion will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Collaborating with Business Development Managers to identify strategic commercial prospects and negotiate deals in compliance with company norms will be crucial for success. Proactively addressing brand issues and ensuring alignment of goals with new and existing brand relationships will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Onboard new brands and establish tie-ups for the assigned category - Support the business development manager in day-to-day operations and policy implementation - Identify opportunities and associations through inbound lead follow-ups, outbound calls, emails, and networking - Analyze important metrics of brands to facilitate business expansion - Collaborate with Business Development Managers to identify strategic commercial prospects - Negotiate and close deals in compliance with company norms - Ensure alignment of goals with new and existing brand relationships - Proactively address brand issues Qualification Required: - BBA/BBM/BCOM/MBA with a minimum of 65% in 10th, 12th, and graduation - Proficiency in English vocabulary (knowledge of other regional languages is a plus) - Strong Microsoft Excel skills - 0-2 years of experience Additional Details: As an employee, you are expected to not only work within the system but also focus on improving it.
