Location: Bengaluru, India Experience: 4+ years Function: Marketing Reporting to: Director – Marketing Type: Full-Time Role Overview Tricog Health is seeking a skilled and results-oriented Brand Marketing Manager/Specialist to lead the development and execution of integrated brand campaigns, Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, and category-level initiatives for our products and sub-brands. This role requires a strong grasp of modern marketing techniques, cross-functional project management, and the ability to translate insights into impactful brand strategies. You will be responsible for managing daily brand marketing operations, driving acquisition efforts, and ensuring alignment across offline and digital channels. The ideal candidate brings a combination of strategic thinking, execution excellence, and stakeholder management experience, preferably in health tech or a related industry. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of brand campaigns across digital and offline channels for Tricog and its sub-brands. Develop and implement GTM strategies for key product categories, aimed at enhancing visibility and driving business growth. Manage end-to-end execution of brand initiatives in collaboration with internal teams (product, inside sales, content, and design) and external partners (agencies, media, vendors). Drive key acquisition initiatives including SEO-led content programs, webinar management, and website performance optimization. Translate customer insights, competitor intelligence, and market data into actionable brand strategies. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and identity across all touchpoints. Support regional and offline marketing efforts in coordination with the field teams. Oversee budgets, timelines, and quality control for all brand-related deliverables. Required Qualifications and Skills Minimum 4 years of experience in brand marketing or account management (agency or in-house). Demonstrated success in developing and executing full-funnel brand campaigns that have delivered measurable results. Strong project management capabilities with experience handling multiple stakeholders and priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms and tools; working knowledge of CRM and performance analytics tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.) is an advantage. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. High level of adaptability and strong organizational skills. Preferred Attributes Proven ability to manage brand equity while driving marketing performance. Deep understanding of contemporary marketing channels, including emerging trends in digital and content marketing. Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or technology-driven sectors will be an added advantage. Willingness to travel as required for campaign rollouts, events, or regional coordination.
