Marketing Communications Manager

Role Overview: As a Sales & Marketing Manager at JW Marriott Hotel Pune, your primary responsibility will be to complete the marketing plan for the property. You will also be in charge of managing all e-commerce opportunities and developing strong relationships with tourism bureaus and community leaders. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in region-wide coordination of rooms, food and beverage, spa, and golf promotions - Develop a leisure marketing plan focusing on rate offers, packages, and programs to increase occupancy - Maintain, update, and manage all websites - Coordinate offers and information for publications and inserts related to brand loyalty reward mailings - Develop brochures and property collateral materials - Participate in property imaging work such as signage - Use reporting for marketing recommendations, including DMA source market reports and past guest lists - Review and analyze website and email campaign tracking - Ensure consistent marketing message in all advertising and collateral efforts - Manage marketing budget and provide ROI analysis of promotions and campaigns Qualifications Required: - High school diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in sales and marketing or a related field - OR a 2-year degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major with no work experience required Additional Information: Marriott International is committed to being an equal opportunity employer, valuing and celebrating the unique backgrounds of its associates.
