About the Role:

Communications Manager

Responsibilities:

• Support creation of digital content, visuals, and social media posts
• Assist in designing decks, newsletters, and campaigns
• Coordinate with partners and internal teams for communication deliverables
• Track and report social media engagement
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels
• Keep up with brand identity
• Make it easy for all in-house team and external partners to adhere to brand identity by creating right set collaterals for them
• Design and execute marketing collaterals from swatch books to spaces of exhibition booths. 

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate  in Fashion Communication, Design, Communication, Marketing, or related field (NIFT, Pearl, LCF, etc.).
• 1–3 years of experience (extraordinary fresh graduates are welcome)
• Strong design sense and familiarity with Canva/Adobe tools
• Excellent writing and organizational skills
• Enthusiasm for storytelling, design, and sustainability
• Strong visual and verbal storytelling skills.
• Eager to learn and compassionate.
