Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on MarCom Manager to drive the entire marketing engine for the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) region. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Australia or global marketing and will be responsible for end-to-end lead generation across both paid and organic channels. This role requires close collaboration with various marketing functions, including SEO, email marketing, content, and performance marketing teams, and the ability to independently manage and execute integrated marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Lead Generation:
- Develop, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns (paid and organic) to generate high-quality leads and nurture them through the funnel, ensuring alignment with sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Regional Strategy & Execution:
- Localize and implement global marketing strategies for the ANZ market, ensuring cultural and business relevance. Own the full marketing cycle from planning to execution and reporting.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, events, content syndication, ABM, SEO/SEM) to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Content & Messaging:
- Oversee the creation and localization of compelling marketing content and collateral tailored to the ANZ audience. Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all touchpoints.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with global and regional marketing, sales, product, and external agency teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment of marketing initiatives.
- Performance Analytics:
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI using marketing automation and analytics tools. Use insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including agency partners, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing programs.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on ANZ market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategy and identify new opportunities.
- Event & Webinar Management:
- Organize and promote regional events, webinars, podcasts, and workshops to support lead generation and brand building.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on marketing experience, with at least 2 years in the ANZ region or global markets.
- Proven experience in end-to-end lead generation (paid and organic), campaign management, and marketing automation.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social, email, content, ABM).
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Experience in IT services, SaaS, or technology marketing is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
