Job Title: Senior Data Engineer ( Power BI, ADF & MS Fabric) Experience: 7+ years Location: Indore / Pune (Hybrid/Onsite) Job Type: Full-time Open Position : 1 Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards & reports with advanced DAX, Power Query, and custom visuals. Build and optimize end-to-end data solutions using Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse). Develop and automate ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Fabric Data Pipelines. Architect and manage modern data warehousing solutions (Star/Snowflake Schema) using Fabric Warehouse, Azure Synapse, or SQL Server. Implement data modeling, performance tuning, and optimization for large-scale datasets. Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into scalable Fabric-based analytics solutions. Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across BI platforms. Mentor junior team members on Fabric, Power BI, and cloud data best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications 7+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI, SQL, Data Warehousing, and ETL/ELT. Strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, ETL workflows, Delta Lake). Proficient in Azure Data Factory (ADF) for orchestration and data integration. Advanced SQL (query optimization, stored procedures, partitioning). Experience with data warehousing (dimensional modeling, SCD, fact/dimension tables). Knowledge of Power BI Premium/Fabric capacity, deployment pipelines, and DAX patterns. Familiarity with Databricks, PySpark, or Python (for advanced analytics) is a plus. Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Certifications (PL-300: Power BI, DP-600: Fabric Analytics Engineer).
