As we expand across India, SEA, the Middle East, and new global markets, we’re looking for a strategic, analytical, and tech-oriented Rewards Partner to drive our compensation and total rewards philosophy forward.

This role is ideal for someone who brings deep compensation expertise, advanced numerical and analytical strength, and a technology-first mindset to build scalable, equitable, and automated rewards programs that attract, retain, and inspire talent.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership

  • Design, implement, and manage holistic, tech-enabled rewards programs that strengthen performance, engagement, and long-term retention across global teams.

  • Ensure programs are structured to scale alongside Lenskart’s rapid global expansion.


Strategic Business Partnership

  • Partner closely with HR Leaders, Business Heads, Founders, and Finance to align compensation decisions with business goals and org design.

  • Use data modelling and scenario analysis to provide clear, quant-backed advisory to leaders.


Market Competitiveness

  • Use Aon, Mercer, Radford and other leading surveys to continuously evolve market-driven pay structures, benefits, and retention tools.

  • Maintain competitiveness while ensuring internal fairness and cost governance.


Analytics, Modeling & Tech Enablement

  • Build and run advanced compensation models, forecasting simulations, and pay analytics to inform decision-making.

  • Develop automated compensation dashboards, workflows, and reporting through PowerBI, HR tech platforms, or self-built tools.

  • Continuously identify opportunities to automate C&B operations and build digital-first, scalable systems.


Change Management & Communication

  • Lead the rollout of new rewards programs across businesses and geographies with strong communication, clarity, adoption, and employee engagement.

  • Partner with HRBPs to translate insights into action at a ground level.


Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure all compensation and benefits practices meet local and international compliance standards, tax requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and governance frameworks.


Financial Partnership

  • Partner with Finance on variable pay budgeting, increment forecasting, and headcount planning using data-backed models

  • Balance market competitiveness, internal equity, and budget discipline using deep numerical insight.


People Enablement

  • Act as a subject matter expert to HRBPs, Talent teams, and managers on job leveling, compensation structures, and rewards philosophy.


Requirements & Qualifications

Technical & Analytical Must-Haves

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills — ability to work with complex data sets, build models, and run simulations.

  • Expert proficiency in Excel, including modeling, scenario analysis, and advanced functions.

  • Experience with PowerBI or other BI tools, with ability to build automated dashboards and analytics.

  • Comfortable leveraging HR tech, compensation systems, and data automation tools — a tech-oriented mindset is mandatory.


Experience

  • Hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or People Analytics.

  • Experience designing pay structures, variable pay, incentives, and job leveling frameworks.

  • Track record supporting high-growth, multi-location, or global teams.
