We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Manager - Talent Acquisition

to join our team in Rajkot, leading end-to-end recruitment activities for the BFSI sector. This role involves not only delivering high-quality hiring outcomes for our clients but also managing and mentoring a team of 5-6 recruiters to ensure operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

Skills & Qualifications

  • Recruitment Strategy & Execution
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for BFSI clients, from requirement gathering to successful onboarding.
  • Understand client requirements in detail, including role specifics, skill expectations, and cultural fit.
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates from various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist candidates based on defined criteria.
  • Team Leadership & Management
  • Manage, guide, and support a team of 5-6 recruiters to achieve recruitment targets.
  • Provide regular training, mentorship, and feedback to improve recruiter performance and efficiency.
  • Allocate tasks effectively, monitor progress, and ensure timely closure of positions.
  • BFSI Domain Expertise
  • Leverage deep knowledge of the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sector to identify the right talent pools.
  • Keep track of BFSI industry trends, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks to advise clients effectively.
  • Build and maintain a robust network of BFSI professionals for proactive hiring needs.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Maintain strong client relationships by understanding their evolving hiring needs and providing consultative recruitment support.
  • Ensure service excellence and quick turnaround times in delivering quality candidates.
  • Provide hiring insights, talent market trends, and recommendations to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Operational Excellence & Compliance
  • Ensure recruitment operations are carried out in compliance with organizational policies and labor laws.
  • Monitor key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire to improve efficiency.
  • Use recruitment tools, ATS systems, and reporting mechanisms to streamline workflows.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in recruitment, preferably in BFSI hiring.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment cycles, sourcing strategies, and assessment techniques.
  • Proven experience in managing a small to medium-sized recruitment team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment tools.
