Support the legal team in handling litigation matters by conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and collaborating with external legal counsel. Conduct thorough legal research on various issues, regulations, and precedents to provide comprehensive and well-informed advice. Work closely with the legal team to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Provide general legal support to the legal department as needed, including document management, maintaining legal databases, and assisting with legal documentation. You will be a good fit if you have: Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable institution, with credible Internship experience. Strong academic background with a focus on contracts, litigation, and corporate law. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and research skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced legal environment.
