Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Manager - Talent Acquisition to join our team in Pune. This role requires 12 to 16 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team management, collaboration, customer focus, communication, teamwork, and adaptability.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the talent acquisition team to ensure the successful recruitment of top talent across various departments.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the talent acquisition process.
