Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Manager - Talent Acquisition to join our team in Pune. This role requires 12 to 16 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team management, collaboration, customer focus, communication, teamwork, and adaptability.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the talent acquisition team to ensure the successful recruitment of top talent across various departments.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the talent acquisition process.

Qualifications (Skills/Competencies) :

• Bachelor degree or equivalent, (Preference to a Masters degree in HR)
• Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with 12 to 16 years in the field.
• Strong team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Ability to develop and leverage networks
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and meet the needs of internal stakeholders.
• Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
