Job Overview
The incumbent will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process for PPL. As part of the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (TA COE), the role will focus on driving lateral hiring as well as leadership hiring, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition aligned with business needs.

Experience
- 7 to 1 0 years experience in Talent Acquisition within Pharma industry with a focus on IT hiring and leadership hiring
- Proven experience of working within the talent acquisition team of pharmaceuticals/CRO/CDMO companies or experience in RPO / executive search firms catering to pharma sector
- Proficient in using HRMS tools such as Workday, SuccessFactors , ORC etc
- Skilled in talent mapping and gathering market insight
Responsibilities
- Partner with BHRs, Department Heads, and Hiring Managers to understand mandates, plan effectively, and review progress.
- Create/modify job descriptions ; conduct in-depth candidate assessments for suitability.
- Advise stakeholders on market talent pool and skill gaps.
- Manage salary benchmarking, prepare offer proposals, and lead negotiations.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines; conduct industry/competitor mapping for critical roles.
- Define and execute sourcing strategy (internal vs. external), ensuring TAT and cost efficiency.
- Recommend and manage consultant empanelment, monitor performance, and ensure delivery.
- Collaborate with HR IT, Operations, and BHR teams to streamline processes and close mandates effectively.
- Drive adherence to recruitment KPIs (Quality of Hire, TAT, etc.) and maintain governance through scheduled reporting.
