Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead and manage the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer closure, for all levels and functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver quality hires within timelines.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement strategies.
  • Onboarding:

  • Design and execute structured onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
  • Monitor and improve onboarding experience through feedback and continuous improvements.
  • Learning Management System (LMS):

  • Manage and maintain the LMS platform for employee training and development.
  • Coordinate with department heads to create and assign training modules.
  • Track, analyze, and report on training completion and effectiveness.

Required skills:

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to onboarding and LMS management.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in ATS, HRMS, and LMS tools.

Required Qualification: - BBA/MBA - HR
