Position: Manager – Talent Acquisition

Location: Bangalore (Work From Office)

Experience: 8–12 years

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead our end-to-end hiring function. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in tech hiring, especially within fast-scaling product or AI-driven organizations. You will play a key role in shaping our workforce planning, enhancing our employer brand, and driving process excellence as we continue to expand our AI and product engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the complete talent acquisition lifecycle — from manpower planning, sourcing, and selection to onboarding.

Partner with leadership and department heads to understand business needs and translate them into hiring strategies.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of top-tier technical talent (AI, product engineering, data, and related domains).

Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as a preferred workplace in the tech ecosystem.

Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, data-driven, and aligned with best industry practices.

Mentor and guide the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals and ensure excellent candidate experience.

Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to forecast talent needs and design long-term hiring plans.

Leverage recruitment analytics to measure effectiveness and continuously improve hiring performance.

Key Requirements

8–12 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on technology hiring.

Proven experience in scaling tech teams within product or AI/engineering organizations.

Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Strong understanding of modern recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing techniques.

Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
