Manager - Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager - Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment efforts in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing effective talent acquisition strategies and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Utilize various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and cultural fit.
• Maintain and improve the applicant tracking system to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
