About the Role

The purpose of this role is to accelerate Moove towards being a global, fast-growing, and profitable company. This individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring strategic initiatives that support our growth objectives and market leadership in mobility asset finance. The Manager will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities, analyse market trends, and optimize our operational efficiency. To do so, this role will be responsible to define the vehicle and financial product strategy, drive the budgeting and planning cycles, create tools and processes to bring efficiency and effectiveness to Moove’s operations, and ensure reliable business reporting, internally and externally.

What You’ll be Doing

What You will need for this position

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in strategy, business development, investment banking or management consulting, or strategy teams of high growth start-ups preferably within the financial services, fleet or mobility sector.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic initiatives.
• Experience with financial modelling, market analysis, and competitive intelligence.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Sql)

Directly reporting to our Regional Managing Director, and closely working with our Operations Team.
