Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Mumbai region for TMT steel products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their requirements andensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and market trends.
  • Provide product information, technical support, and guidance to customers to assist in their decisionmaking process.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives as set by the management.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Monitorsales performance and provide regular reports to the management.
  • Stay uptodate with industry developments and advancements in steel products.
What we are looking for.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales ofsteel TMT products in the Delhi NCR region.
  • Strong network and connections within the construction and infrastructure industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Resultoriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time and priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of the steel industry, including understanding of different grades and specifications of TMT steel.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client visits
