Role Overview
The Manager – Client Acquisition will be responsible for driving revenue growth for our AI-powered recruitment platform by acquiring new clients, building a strong sales pipeline, conducting market research, scheduling and delivering product demos, and converting prospects into paying customers. This role requires a strong SaaS sales mindset, ownership of the sales cycle, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders. The position reports directly to the CEO and will play a critical role in scaling the business.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
Generate qualified B2B leads through outbound prospecting, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and existing client databases.
Leverage existing client relationships and databases to accelerate early closures.
Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
Market Research & Targeting
Conduct market and account research to identify hiring companies, HR leaders, TA heads, and decision-makers.
Track industry trends, competitor offerings, pricing models, and emerging hiring needs.
Share market intelligence and feedback with the CEO to support product positioning and GTM strategy.
Client Engagement & Product Demos
Conduct first-level client meetings to understand hiring challenges and business needs.
Schedule, customize, and deliver product demos of the AI recruitment platform.
Clearly articulate product value, ROI, use cases, and differentiation versus competitors.
Sales Closure & Revenue Ownership
Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
Negotiate commercials, pricing plans, contract terms, and on boarding timelines.
Ensure smooth handover post-closure and support on boarding in coordination with internal teams.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive renewals, upsell, and expansion.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients on recruitment technology and hiring efficiency.
Maintain accurate sales data, forecasts, and reports for leadership review.
Key Skills & Competencies
Proven B2B SaaS sales experience (mandatory)
Strong experience in selling HR Tech / Recruitment Tech / SaaS platforms
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
· Experience conducting product demos and solution selling
· Ability to work independently and directly with senior leadership
· Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales pipelines
Preferred Candidate Profile
3–8 years of experience in SaaS / B2B technology sales
Prior experience selling HR Tech / Recruitment platforms / ATS / AI tools is a strong plus
Existing client database / network that can be leveraged for faster closures
Exposure to enterprise or mid-market clients
Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup / scale-up environment
