Overview As the Digital Marketing Manager , you will be responsible for executing the marketing strategy and supporting multiple agencies to execute within the India market. The primary focus is to support global / international strategy as well as marketing activations that complement commercial ambitions. Working with both international and local India teams and adapting needs to local market activations. Th is is an exciting opportunity for a creative and analytical marketer to make a significant impact on the growth of an emerging brand. What You'll Do Brand Marketing Strategy Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, acquisition, and retention. Lead multi-channel campaigns across social, email, PPC, and SEO. Manage multiple agencies; media, creative, influencer, performance, social Monitor KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROI, etc.) and optimize performance. Organic Social Media Manage regional social channels to grow engagement and followers. Align content with global strategy and audience segments. Oversee agency output, creative approvals, and quick-to-market (QTM) initiatives. Analyze KPIs and apply insights to future campaigns. Influencer Marketing Work with influencer agency to identify appropriate influencers for the brand Drive integrated influencer campaigns aligned with brand goals. Build and manage influencer relationships, contracts, and content development. Connect influencer efforts across all marketing channels for full-funnel impact. Content & Messaging Collaborate on creating content that reflects the brand and resonates with target audiences. Ensure consistency in messaging across all channels (email, blog, social, etc.). Customer Acquisition & Retention Use customer segmentation for personalized marketing. Optimize acquisition strategies and lead loyalty program development. Performance Analysis Track and report on campaign performance. Conduct testing and iterate strategies to drive efficiency and lower CAC. Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with teams both in international office and local India teams. Working cross functionally with commercial, digital commerce, finance and customer service teams to align marketing with business and financial goals. Trend Awareness Be up to date with the India market, consumer trends, agencies and suppliers Stay up to date with digital trends and tools. Identify new platforms and strategies to grow digital presence. What You'll Bring to the Table 5-8 years of experience in marketing, especially with digital marketing Very strong agency management. Ensuring agencies are performing to expectations and supporting what they need to execute campaigns on time Strong expertise in performance marketing, including SEM, paid social, email marketing, and content marketing. Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.). Good communication and writing skills, with an eye for detail and brand voice. Ability to make decisions with limited support Ability to work across a matrix organization to get decisions made with limited disruption. Ensuring cross functional buy in and alignment with speed. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract insights and make data-driven decisions. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and run multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving skills, able to overcome challenges and adapt strategies as needed. Creative approach with a passion for experimenting and optimizing marketing tactics.
