Influencer Marketing Work with influencer agency to identify appropriate influencers for the brand Drive integrated influencer campaigns aligned with brand goals. Build and manage influencer relationships, contracts, and content development. Connect influencer efforts across all marketing channels for full-funnel impact. Content & Messaging Collaborate on creating content that reflects the brand and resonates with target audiences. Ensure consistency in messaging across all channels (email, blog, social, etc.). Customer Acquisition & Retention Use customer segmentation for personalized marketing. Optimize acquisition strategies and lead loyalty program development. Performance Analysis Track and report on campaign performance. Conduct testing and iterate strategies to drive efficiency and lower CAC. Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with teams both in international office and local India teams. Working cross functionally with commercial, digital commerce, finance and customer service teams to align marketing with business and financial goals. Trend Awareness Be up to date with the India market, consumer trends, agencies and suppliers Stay up to date with digital trends and tools. Identify new platforms and strategies to grow digital presence. What You'll Bring to the Table 5-8 years of experience in marketing, especially with digital marketing Very strong agency management. Ensuring agencies are performing to expectations and supporting what they need to execute campaigns on time Strong expertise in performance marketing, including SEM, paid social, email marketing, and content marketing. Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.). Good communication and writing skills, with an eye for detail and brand voice. Ability to make decisions with limited support Ability to work across a matrix organization to get decisions made with limited disruption. Ensuring cross functional buy in and alignment with speed.
