Position Description
:
Attentive.ai is looking for a Manager - Product Marketing to drive product-led content marketing initiatives for its B2B SaaS platform - Beam AI. This is a content-forward and program management-focused role to bring industry & product messaging to life with short & long form content assets, landing pages, email sequences and sales enablement materials. The key KPIs for this position would be - improving organic & direct traffic, improving % contribution of demos booked from the organic channel, and identifying influencers for guest posts/brand advocacy.
You’ll report to the Head of Marketing, and work closely with the Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure every piece of content we put out helps customers understand, evaluate, and choose Attentive.ai with confidence.

Roles & Responsibilities
:

Own Long & Short-Form Content:
Take ownership of the content calendar with exceptional program management skillsets, along with managing a couple of senior analysts for content marketing. Develop content for blogs, thought leadership pieces, ebooks, datasheets, tradeshows, webinars, video content, and content for omnichannel marketing campaigns Work closely with the Manager-Growth Marketing to devise & execute a strong SEO-led content strategy for both on-page and off-page, and also on paid channels. Collaborate cross-functionally to align content with product positioning and launch priorities.

Distribute & Repurpose Content Across Channels:
Take ownership of all social channels to amplify product and customer content, webinars & tradeshows, announcements, etc. to drive awareness and engagement among target personas. Maintain a social calendar that has pre-populated post copies, relevant links for the upcoming 15 days. Coordinate with the design team to get post creatives ready at least a week in advance before posting. Repurpose existing content into newer content pieces and formats to be used across the buyer journey.

Drive Content for Conversion:
Support the creation of campaign assets that improve demo bookings and lead nurture while iterating on messaging and formats across the buyer journey Support in the creation of sales enablements assets in collaboration with the product marketing team.

Required Skills & Experience:
5-7 years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, or B2B SaaS storytelling
A portfolio of content that shows you can turn complex ideas into clear, engaging, and effective assets
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills - you can work with PMs, AEs, CSMs, and designers to bring ideas to life
Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to clarity, tone, and structure
Experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Docs/Sheets, or content operations workflows
Exposure to field services, construction tech, or vertical SaaS is a preferred
Exceptional communication skills
Strong sense for aesthetics and design - you can share a logical opinion on design aspects to optimize output
