This role reports to the Head of Total Rewards for MOAI (Southeast Asia, Oceania and India) and will work in close coordination with country PBPs, HR Delivery Specialists, Payroll teams, GSSC/Payroll providers, and country International Mobility SPOCs.
Role Purpose: To ensure Operational Excellence w.r.t. implementation of Global/Regional/Local Total Rewards Directives, Policies and Instructions within countries in MOAI Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Alignment and Compliance
o Ensure payroll inputs, calculations, and payouts across MOAI countries adhere to local, regional, and global total rewards policies and instructions.
o Lead regular payroll audits to verify accuracy, compliance, and data integrity; implement remediation plans as needed.
o Maintain traceability and documentation of payroll controls, exceptions, and changes in line with governance standards.
Engagement and Governance
o Collaborate with country People Business Partners (PBPs), HR Delivery Specialists, and Payroll teams to assess admin activities performed by PBPs that could be outsourced to GSSC/Payroll without compromising control or service levels.
o Develop and maintain governance mechanisms to monitor outsourcing decisions, SLAs, and performance with service providers.
Local Instructions and Process Harmonization
o Ensure PBPs maintain up-to-date local total rewards instructions (policy, procedures, pay scales, allowances, and benefits) aligned with global standards and local market requirements.
o Drive standardization of payroll-related processes where feasible while accommodating local compliance and cultural nuances.
International Mobility Data and Oversight
o Consolidate international mobility data across MOAI, maintaining accuracy and completeness (e.g., assignments, relocation, compensation components, allowances, tax implications).
o Provide oversight and periodic reporting on mobility data to the HR Head, coordinating with country International Mobility SPOCs and relevant stakeholders.
o Support mobility policy implementation and ensure alignment with total rewards guidance and cross-border implications.
Reporting and Analytics
o Produce regular and ad-hoc dashboards and reports on payroll accuracy, efficiency of outsourcing initiatives, and mobility data integrity.
o Partner with HR Finance/Analytics teams to model cost implications and identify optimization opportunities.
