TK Elevator India Pvt Ltd — Pune, Maharashtra, India What we expect Engage with business stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to solidify the organization’s people strategies by utilizing functional expertise to accelerate the development of our people at all levels for a strong talent pipeline of succession and an inclusive, talent culture in the organization. Deliver existing Development offers and define new initiatives to address business needs for different target groups, such as Talent Pool Programs, Rotation Assignments, Change Workshops, Leadership Activities, etc., meeting budget and timeline expectations. Partner with Group Corporate office to build an integrated Development roadmap that considers business and capability needs in both current and future states. Play an active role in global functional communities such as Development and Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DEI) to drive global alignment on relevant topics and support execution of corresponding global projects. Guide regions and branches in local implementation of global/continental management development and related projects such as succession planning, management evaluation & development, development centres, diversity management, etc. Advise regional and functional managers, counterparts on local Management Development and related initiatives for necessary alignment and enhancement to meet with business needs. Develop templates and maintain up-to-date records/database/library to support planning and execution of various projects in the region for consistency, efficiency and quality. Produce management reports and presentations with proper data consolidation, analysis and interpretation on regional level. Deliver various HR services for Asia Pacific office such as recruitment or placement, employee orientation, etc. Provide prompt support for ad-hoc projects/requests from global or regional level. Facilitating coaching process whenever required Organizing & executing Mentoring programs. Driving organization wide PMS process Managing, planning and executing annual employee & engagement survey including postsurvey action plan design & implementation. Who we are looking for Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, business management or human resources is required. Candidates with a Master’s degree in human resource management and industrial Psychology, social sciences would be given preference Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the functional expertise areas for talent management and organizational development in a multinational company with at least 5 years’ regional exposure. Good exposure to general HR practices through serving as HRgeneralist is a plus. Solid conceptual knowledge and practical skills in competency-based HR management and talent management, including competency model, assessment and selection tools, development centres, mentoring and coaching, event facilitation, and etc., preferably with virtual delivery experience for multiple countries. Good understanding of relevant processes/tools/systems for talent management, leadership review and succession planning. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with cultural sensitivity that is able to interact effectively with people at all levels and functions from diversified backgrounds. A strong team player who enjoys working closely with people in a highly matrix organizational setup with different country requirements and organizational maturity. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as good planning and project management skills. Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks with tight schedules with high level of ethics and integrity. Flexible, adaptive, independent, mature and a fast learner. Proficiency in MS Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Willingness and flexibility to travel.
