• We are looking for a

  Finance Manager

  to own our FP&A function, drive end-to-end financial planning, and ensure tight control of our P&L.
• This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution: partnering across teams to drive growth, improve collections, control spends, and scale reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Own financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance tracking.
• Build and manage city-level and business-unit P&Ls.
• Partner with Sales, Ops, and Account Management to improve collections and optimize working capital.
• Deliver automated MIS, investor decks, and board-ready financial reporting.
• Analyze trends and performance metrics to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Streamline finance systems, tools, and SOPs for scale and accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to FEMA, RBI, Companies Act, and statutory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4–10 years of Finance experience, preferably in high-growth startup or quick commerce/ecommerce logistics companies.
• Proven track record of managing teams and leading successful financial initiatives. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data into business insights.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Sound understanding of financial compliance and regulations (FEMA, RBI guidelines, Companies Act, etc.). Proficiency in financial and BI tools (e.g., Tally, Zoho, ERP, Power BI, etc.) with a learning mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment.
• High ownership mindset with the drive to take initiatives from concept to execution.
