Role Objective

The candidate will be responsible for driving business finance activities, including accurate and timely reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. The role will oversee cash flow planning and management, ensure effective risk identification and mitigation, and provide financial insights to support business decision-making and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP), GL reporting, mappings, and reconciliations. 
• Prepare and present MIS reports for executive communication. 
• Manage customer interactions for AR-related reconciliations, requiring travel as needed. 
• Coordinate with business teams to ensure smooth AP processes and timely payout releases. 
• Administer funds flow management to ensure liquidity and compliance. 
• Drive monthly and quarterly financial closing activities with accuracy and timeliness. 
• Support internal and statutory audit requirements by preparing schedules and responding to queries. 
• Handle expense accounting and GL management, ensuring accuracy of entries. 
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies within defined timelines. 
• Conduct business vs. financial reconciliations to ensure alignment and reporting accuracy. 
• Contribute to automation initiatives for financial reporting and process improvements. 
• Engage with internal stakeholders across functions for effective financial operations. 

Qualification &

Work Experience

6 + years of experience in Business finance & financial reporting 

Knowledge/ Skills

Good communication 

High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch 

Ability to work in an unstructured environment 

Should be expressive with good interpersonal skills.

MBA / M Com / CA-inter / ICWA / B Com
