Job Description

Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed reports to support fund-raising activities through banks and NBFCs.
Analyze financial statements and performance metrics to assess business health and creditworthiness.
Develop and manage financial models and projections to support strategic planning and funding proposals.
Utilize advanced Excel functions for scenario analysis, forecasting, and data interpretation.
Prepare investor-ready presentations, pitch decks, and financial packs for meetings with banks, NBFCs, and investors.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather and validate financial data required for funding.
Liaise with external financial institutions, consultants, and legal teams to facilitate smooth fund-raising processes.
Track and report on fundraising progress, repayment schedules, and financial covenants.
Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and internal control requirements.
Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management and external stakeholders.
