About the Role:

Chartered Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze

  monthly MIS and management dashboards

  , ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights.
• Manage

  end-to-end revenue accounting and recognition

  in compliance with

  Ind AS 115

  .
• Review

  P&L statements

  and conduct

  variance analysis/ ageing analysis

  with business commentary.
• Oversee

  collections, AR management, and ageing analysis

  to maintain strong

  cash flow

  discipline.
• Ensure timely and accurate

  financial reporting

  and support statutory and internal audits.
• Drive

  automation initiatives

  within finance to streamline reporting and reconciliation processes.
• Actively participate in

  Oracle ERP transition

  , including data migration, testing, and process alignment.
• Collaborate with business, operations, and tech teams for revenue validation and collection efficiency.
• Continuously identify areas for process improvement and implement scalable solutions.

Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

  with

  4+ years of post-qualification experience

  .
• Strong expertise in

  Revenue Accounting, MIS, Financial Reporting, and Collections

  .
• In-depth knowledge of

  Ind AS (especially Ind AS 115)

  and other relevant accounting standards.
• Hands-on experience with

  ERP systems (preferably Oracle)

  .
• Exposure to

  automation tools

  , macros, or BI dashboards (Power BI).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong proficiency in

  MS Excel

  and financial modeling.

Good to Have:

• Prior involvement in

  Oracle or ERP transition projects

  .
• Interest in driving

  digital transformation and process excellence

  in finance.
