Style & Shine Essentials, a leading seller and marketer of personal and household care products, is seeking a results-driven E-commerce Operations Manager to manage the back end and operational flow across key marketplaces. The role involves ensuring timely order fulfillment, seamless listing and inventory sync, and efficient coordination with warehouse and logistics teams to support our expanding online presence and to aid in developement of our various brands in the Indian market.
· • Proficiency in Unicommerce, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and JioMart Partner Portal
· • Solid understanding of inventory, logistics, returns, and order management
· • Strong MS Excel skills for reconciliation and reporting
· • Process-oriented with high attention to detail
· • Ability to work in a fast-paced FMCG environment
· • Graduate in Commerce, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
· • 5 years of relevant experience in E-commerce Operations (FMCG sector preferred)
· • Experience in the Personal and Household Care category is an added advantage
· • Familiarity with Quick Commerce platforms will be a strong plus
