Position Summary As a Demand Generation Manager, you will spearhead efforts to identify high-potential enterprise accounts, engage decision-makers and influencers, and position Enout as their preferred service provider. The goal is to build a strong pipeline of big-ticket accounts while setting the stage for the senior sales team to convert these opportunities into long-term partnerships. This role requires charisma, enthusiasm, and exceptional presentation skills to differentiate Enout from competitors and create a lasting impression. Key Responsibilities Account Identification and Research: Conduct research to identify enterprise accounts with high potential for annual billing of more than 1Cr. Map out key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations, such as HR heads, procurement leaders, and CXOs. Analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and account needs to tailor Enout’s approach. Outreach And Engagement Proactively reach out to identified contacts via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other platforms to introduce Enout’s value proposition. Develop customized messaging and presentation materials for each account to highlight how Enout stands out among competitors. Build and nurture relationships with multiple stakeholders in each account, creating a strong case for Enout’s services. Positioning And Lead Qualification Use storytelling and impactful presentations to position Enout as the go-to partner for corporate events and employee engagement. Qualify leads based on potential billing, alignment with Enout’s services, and readiness to engage. Schedule introductory meetings and hand off warm leads to the senior sales team for further engagement. Collaboration With Sales And Marketing Work closely with the senior sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and alignment on account strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage campaigns, materials, and events for effective outreach and account nurturing. Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to refine Enout’s offerings and marketing strategies. Performance Tracking And Reporting Maintain detailed records of outreach, lead engagement, and account progress in the CRM system. Track performance against KPIs such as number of qualified leads generated, accounts engaged, and meetings scheduled. Regularly report on progress, challenges, and opportunities to the leadership team. Exceptional Presentation And Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills to craft compelling pitches and presentations. Strategic Thinking Ability to identify high-value opportunities, tailor engagement strategies, and position Enout effectively against competition. Analytical mindset to evaluate account potential and prioritize efforts. Persistence And Drive Highly driven and self-motivated, with a track record of exceeding targets and achieving results. Resilience to handle rejection and maintain enthusiasm throughout the sales cycle. Collaboration And Coordination Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and leadership teams. Proficient in managing multiple accounts and stakeholders simultaneously. Experience With Enterprise Sales And B2B Outreach Prior experience in enterprise sales, demand generation, or business development. Familiarity with building relationships in competitive environments and displacing incumbent vendors. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in demand generation, business development, or enterprise sales, ideally in a B2B environment. Proven ability to identify, engage, and qualify high-value accounts. Proficiency in CRM tools and outreach platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
