• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and expand the corporate client base.
• Lead Generation: Develop and manage a pipeline of potential corporate clients.
• Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key corporate accounts.
• Negotiation and Closing: Handle commercial negotiations and successfully close corporate deals.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and guide the sales team towards achieving targets.
• Sales Strategy: Design and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business goals.
• Performance Management: Monitor individual and team performance and ensure consistent improvement.
• Reporting and Analysis: Track key metrics and provide regular reports to management.
• Customer Service: Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and handle any escalations professionally.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to support client needs and business growth.
• Strong background in corporate/B2B sales with 10–13 years of relevant experience. Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have an active network of corporate clients.
• Should have team handling experience – not a standalone contributor. Preferably from the E-commerce, QSR, or Bakery/Food industry
