Job Description

Job Profile & Key Responsibility:

        1. The candidate is expected to independently monitor, support and promote National Pension System.
        2. Responsible for meeting sales targets by daily connecting with HRs/Nodal officers/ employees in Corporate & Government offices
        3. Coordinating with the corporates
        4. Engaging corporate/government employees with a view to deepening NPS penetration among their employees through arranging NPS helpdesks, awareness sessions
        5. Guiding Employees with the end-to-end processes by ensuring employees opts for Kotak Pension Fund at a time of NPS registration/ Scheme change
        6. Analyzing industry developments and trends, preparing corporate presentations etc.

Experience & other required parameters

        1. Min 5 to 7 years of work experience in Sales or Business Development Role.
        2. Minimum Graduate. Masters preferred
        3. English medium educated
        4. 60% or more marks in at least 2 of the 3 Class 10, Class 12, Graduation
        5. Can speak well in English, Kannada and Hindi
        6. Proficient in Excel

7. Should be willing to travel extensively within South Territory
