As a Manager, you will inspire and lead the team to a shared vision. You need to understand the existing functional complexity and planned enhancements. Ensure team develops high quality code and deliver the feature with great quality. You will be responsible for helping the team as effective as they can be. You will manage a team of talented developers. You will plan and support the growth of team members - manage their Performance & Career progression planning by setting up Goals, Coaching, Mentoring, and provide Candid & Constructive Feedback.

What You'll Do at Pega:

• Hands-on technical leadership and ownership of Enterprise Application and people manager responsibility of team.
• Lead development team that build the world-class enterprise applications that helps drive Operational Efficiency and Innovation.
• Analysis, design, development, and product / application deployment of large-scale Pega Platform enterprise application systems.
• Participating, Presenting & Reporting Metrics to Leadership team
• • Drive Operational Efficiency
  • Drive Process improvements and bring innovation

• Be the point of contact, and collaborate with all EBS teams (technical architects, business users and IT teams), Production Support, Pega platform, product management, and business stakeholders during release cycles.
• Provide thought leadership to fellow team members across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements
• Act as the coach and mentor to team members on their assigned project tasks with technical code reviews and design implementations.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor of Engineering or Technology with good academic record
• 8 to 10 years of software development experience in analysis, design, development, and product / application deployment of large-scale Pega Platform enterprise application systems
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing the applications using Pega platform
• Strong hands-on PRPC technical skills - Pega Software Design and Application Development, object-oriented concepts, core & enterprise Java
• Python hands-on development skills
• Participates in design and development of features
• Pega certification (CLSA) would be good to have

What You've Accomplished:

• Has played a role of technical lead/associate architect with in-depth knowledge of software design architecture and patterns
• Highly analytical, ability to translate complex business use cases into high level technical architecture and designs
• Exposure to DevOps methodologies, microservices, Cloud technologies and as-a-Service solutions (SaaS or PaaS) is an additional benefit
• 2 – 4 years of experience in managing teams, preferably in a product development organization
