Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management & Reporting

Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from various departments.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
Prepare dashboards, performance trackers, and analytical reports.

Database & System Management

Maintain and update company databases, spreadsheets, and ERP systems.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
Automate recurring reports using Excel (macros, pivot tables, advanced formulas) or BI tools.

Analysis & Insights

Identify trends, variances, and key business insights from data.
Support management in strategic decision-making through analytical reports.
Track KPIs and performance metrics across departments.

Coordination & Support

Coordinate with different teams (HR, Finance, Sales, Operations) for data collection.
Provide ad-hoc reports as per management’s requirement.
Support audits and compliance reporting by providing accurate data.

Continuous Improvement

Recommend process improvements for better data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
Implement automation and digitization wherever possible.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong proficiency in
MS Excel
(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
Knowledge of
Power BI / Tableau / SQL
(added advantage).
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong communication & coordination skills.
Ability to handle large volumes of data under strict timelines.
