Job Description

As a valued member of the DIP PROJECTS team, you will be responsible for accurately estimating costs, resources, and timelines for various civil engineering projects. Your role as a Project Estimator will be crucial in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and within budget. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Conducting detailed cost estimations for projects - Preparing tenders and bids - Coordinating with subcontractors and vendors - Managing project budgets and resources effectively - Conducting risk analysis to mitigate potential issues - Providing comprehensive reporting and documentation - Collaborating closely with project teams to ensure smooth execution - Performing post-project analysis to identify areas for improvement Additionally, you will be involved in the preparation of tenders and verifying bills at project sites. Your strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of construction processes, and previous experience in estimating for civil infrastructure projects will be essential in excelling in this role.
