Job Description

As a Project Estimator at DIP PROJECTS, you will be a vital member of our team, responsible for accurately estimating costs, resources, and time for civil engineering projects. Your role will involve working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes. Your main responsibilities will include cost estimation, tender and bid preparation, subcontractor and vendor coordination, budget and resource management, risk analysis, reporting, documentation, and post-project analysis. You will need to have strong analytical skills, a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, and a successful track record in estimating for civil infrastructure projects. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing tenders and verifying bills at project sites. Effective communication and collaboration with project teams will be essential for achieving project goals and maintaining project timelines.
