Customer Consultant (Estimation Engineers) The purpose of the Customer Consultant is to consult and provide technical support for every stakeholder. Architects, Engineers, Fabricators, end-Customers, and colleagues. Ø Formulate construction designs through AutoCAD for further supporting the project design. Ø Conduct static studies for the appropriate profile selection during the study of the project. Ø Receive phone calls from external and internal customers (end customers included) and support them. Ø Collaborate with the market development department regarding the projects that need technical support. Ø Engage with specialized project designs. Ø Settle and train for AlumilCal.
