Job Description

  • Maintaining the office front desk and receiving calls on the front desk
  • Database Management - Maintain all the leads in excel format
  • Use scripts provided to inform the clients about product's features and present their benefits
  • Calling leads generated from Events, Digital campaigns, Direct calls, showrooms etc
  • Segregating the leads
  • Assigning the filtered leads to the sales team
  • Follow up on the leads with the sales team
  • Preparing a report on the salient leads and achievements
  • Attending to customer grievances and passing it on to the technical team
  • Answering incoming calls from prospective customers
  • Maintaining the inventory of the marketing material
  • Take up the role of a showroom consultant once the showroom is in place
