Job Description

As the Front Desk Officer, your role will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, creating a positive impression of the company and supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests, clients, vendors, and employees with a professional and friendly attitude. - Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments. - Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed. - Schedule and manage meeting room bookings and conference calls. - Coordinate courier services, deliveries, and office supplies. - Assist HR and admin team with basic tasks such as document filing, data entry, and coordination. - Monitor cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area. - Manage front-desk systems including attendance sheets, access control, and employee sign-ins. - Provide administrative support to other departments as required. - Handle employee and candidate coordination during interviews or onboarding. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred. - 1-3 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Professional appearance and demeanor. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with basic IT tools or tech environments is a plus.
