Job Description

Role Overview As a Front Desk Officer at The Modern Data Company's Indore office, you will play a crucial role in being the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. Your professionalism, warmth, and efficiency will contribute to a smooth front desk and office experience. Key Responsibilities - Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly attitude. - Manage front desk operations including visitor entry, meeting room bookings, etc. - Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling client/vendor meetings. - Handle courier, mail, and front-office supplies. - Maintain visitor logs, access cards, and ensure security protocols at the reception area. - Support HR/Administration in onboarding new employees (welcome kit, seating arrangements, induction). - Assist leadership with travel bookings, hospitality arrangements, and event coordination. - Ensure the reception area is well-maintained, presentable, and aligned with company standards. - Manage basic administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and record-keeping. Qualifications Required - Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred. - 3+ years of experience in front desk/reception/admin roles, ideally in hospitality or corporate offices. - Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills. - Professional appearance, grooming, and etiquette. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. - Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with visitor management systems is a plus. - Ability to multitask and handle client-facing responsibilities with confidence.
