Key Responsibilities:· Cost Estimation Tender and Bid Preparation Subcontractor and Vendor Coordination Budget and Resource Management Risk Analysis Reporting and Documentation Collaboration with Project Teams Post-Project Analysis Prepare Tender and bill checking of sites. Requirements: Education: o Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Experience: o 3+ years of experience in cost estimating for civil construction projects (roadworks, industrial, infrastructure, high rise, low rise etc.). o Proven experience working with construction teams and preparing tenders for both public and private sector projects. o Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors. o High attention to detail, ensuring estimates are precise and well-documented.
