Job Purpose

To support the Sales and Marketing teams by managing and analyzing data from multiple sources, generating actionable insights, and ensuring data accuracy across systems to drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources (CRM, SFA, telemarketing, campaigns, etc.)

• Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau

• Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support marketing and sales strategies

• Monitor KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, campaign performance, and P&L leads

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions

• Automate recurring reports and improve data workflows

• Support data-driven decision-making for Sales

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher

• Experience: Minimum 3 years

• Languages: English (Intermediate), Hindi

• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Power Apps, Power Automate
