About the Role

The Technical Engineer will play a crucial role in setting up and installing our products at client sites, ensuring that they are fully operational and integrated into existing systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up and install products at client sites.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to product setup, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct training sessions for clients on the operation and maintenance of our products.
• Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to ensure smooth integration of products into client systems.
• Provide technical support to clients both remotely and on-site as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of Vision systems and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and its applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel to client sites for installation and support purposes.
