Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a MIS Executive located in Faridabad. We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Executive – MIS to manage data reporting, dashboards, and internal information systems. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, accuracy in data management, and the ability to generate meaningful reports for management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, compile, and analyze daily/weekly/monthly Sales data.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, Pricings, Sales Schemes, Incentive plans etc.
• Design and automate Excel-based reports using formulas, pivot tables, charts, and macros (if required).
• Track performance metrics, KPIs, and highlight variances or trends to management.
• Coordinate with different teams to ensure timely data submission and accuracy.
• Maintain databases, master files, and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Assist in preparing business summaries, productivity reports, and audit-related data.
• Support ERP or internal system data entry and reconciliation activities.
• Identify gaps in reporting and suggest improvements for faster and more accurate reporting.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in

  MS Excel

  (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting, basic macros).
• Good knowledge of Google Sheets and basic analytical tools.
• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage large data sets.

Qualification & Preferred Experience

• Minimum Qualification - Graduate
• 1–3 years of MIS, reporting, or data analysis experience.
• Experience in a sales-driven or operations-focused environment is a plus.
