Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Analyst to support the Operations team by preparing accurate, timely, and insightful reports. The role involves data consolidation, dashboard creation, performance tracking, and providing actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for the Operations team

Analyze operational data and identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas

Design and maintain dashboards for productivity, SLA, quality, and performance metrics

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports

Automate reports using advanced Excel formulas, macros, or BI tools wherever applicable

Coordinate with operations, finance, and stakeholders for data validation

Support management with ad-hoc reports and presentations

Maintain proper documentation and data repositories

Ensure compliance with internal reporting standards and timelines

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong proficiency in Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros)

Hands-on experience with MIS reporting for operations

Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau / Google Data Studio is preferred

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy

Ability to work under tight deadlines

Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Educational Qualification

Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Management, Statistics, IT, or related fields

Preferred Experience

Experience in BPO / Operations / Service Industry / Large-scale operations

Exposure to KPI tracking, productivity analysis, and operational dashboards
