About the Role

MIS Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of operational and business data.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
Generate insights and performance summaries for internal teams and leadership.
Ensure accuracy of data across systems and reports.
Automate reports and improve efficiency wherever possible.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1 year of experience
working in MIS / Reporting / Data Analysis roles.
Strong MS Excel expertise
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Formulas, Conditional Formatting, etc.).
Experience in
managing and analyzing large datasets
.
Ability to create structured, clear, and visually effective reports.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and documentation abilities.

Good to Have (Optional)

Basic knowledge of SQL / Power BI / Tableau.
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
