Job Overview

We are seeking a Logistics Executive to manage both domestic and international shipments. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulations, handling dispatches, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and streamlining supply chain activities. The ideal candidate should have a problem-solving mindset, structured working style, and excellent communication skills to manage high-volume shipments and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Handle logistics and supply chain processes for domestic and international operations.

Manage vendor relationships, transportation partners, and customer follow-ups.

Plan, track, and monitor inbound and outbound shipments.

Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHAs, customs authorities, and customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.

Work with ERP systems and manage inventory effectively.

Prepare logistics documents such as clearance papers, invoices, challans, and shipping documents.

Collaborate with partners to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials.

Analyze current inventories and suggest improvements for efficiency and profitability.

Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate with 3–8 years of relevant experience in logistics within the manufacturing or engineering industry.

Diploma/MBA in Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred.

Proficient in Excel, MS Word, ERP systems, and email communication.

Strong understanding of sales order dispatch, customs processes, and export-import documentation.

Ability to multitask and perform in a deadline-driven environment.

Logical, systematic, and detail-oriented working style.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
