Duties and Responsibility: Customer Assistance: Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels. Address inquiries related to bookings, reservations, schedules, fares, and other transportation-related matters. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner. Collaborate with internal and external departments such as Carriers, Warehouse team to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Booking Management: Ensure to prioritize carrier partners while booking for critical and urgent shipment as per customer requirement and agreed terms. Shipment Tracking: Track all the In-transits shipment and discuss with carrier SPOC for delivery alignments, follow- up on pending requests for priority closer. Customer SPR and Daily Reports: Send daily report of undelivered shipment to customer and discuss on each case to conclude, Prepare Monthly Customer Service Performance Report(SPR) and discuss with customer to understand the challenges and identify key area of improvements. TMS Update: Update remarks in TMS against all the shipment as discussed with Carrier and Customers for shipment progress (First/Mid/Last mile). Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve logistics-related issues, such as shipping delays, transportation disruptions, investigate root causes of problems and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Consignee Coordination: Coordinate with Consignee to understand challenges for undelivered shipments and take corrective measures. Requirements Familiarity with fleet management software and tracking systems. Ability to generate accurate MIS reports and analyze data to drive informed decisions. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve client queries effectively. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Hindi & English with strong verbal and written communication skills. Qualifications : MBA/PGDM from Top B School with a focus in Supply Chain/Logistics/Operations Management.
