Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Employee Development and Training Identify training and development needs within the organization and design relevant programs Implement Performance Management Systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans

 Employee Relations Address and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and inclusive work environment. Provide guidance in handling employee-related matters.

 Policy Development and Compliance: Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations Monitor and ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.

 Diversity and Inclusion Promote Diversity and Inclusion initiatives within the organization. Collaborate with leadership to create an inclusive work environment that values differences.

 Change Management Support organizational change initiatives by assisting in communication plans, training, and transition management.

 Reconcile payroll reports and resolve any discrepancies in coordination.

 Handle queries related to salaries, deductions, and reimbursements.

 Prepare payroll-related MIS reports and analytics as required.

 Stay updated with changes in Labour laws and statutory regulations affecting payroll.

 Support the hiring process for Blue Collars & coordinate with internal departments to gather hiring requirements.


Qualification:

1. A Post-graduate in HR Human Resources with excellence in academics.

2. Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage.

3. Advance knowledge of Excel is mandatory.
