Employee Development and Training Identify training and development needs within the organization and design relevant programs Implement Performance Management Systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans
Employee Relations Address and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and inclusive work environment. Provide guidance in handling employee-related matters.
Policy Development and Compliance: Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations Monitor and ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
Diversity and Inclusion Promote Diversity and Inclusion initiatives within the organization. Collaborate with leadership to create an inclusive work environment that values differences.
Change Management Support organizational change initiatives by assisting in communication plans, training, and transition management.
Reconcile payroll reports and resolve any discrepancies in coordination.
Handle queries related to salaries, deductions, and reimbursements.
Prepare payroll-related MIS reports and analytics as required.
Stay updated with changes in Labour laws and statutory regulations affecting payroll.
Support the hiring process for Blue Collars & coordinate with internal departments to gather hiring requirements.
1. A Post-graduate in HR Human Resources with excellence in academics.
2. Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage.
3. Advance knowledge of Excel is mandatory.
