Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Recruiting:

    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
    • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
    • Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn and other professional networks.
  • Screening and Interviewing:

    • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
    • Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define candidate profiles, and set recruitment timelines.
    • Build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement in the hiring process.
  • Candidate Experience Management:

    • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing support, clear communication, and updates throughout the recruitment cycle.
    • Act as a point of contact for candidates and maintain a professional image of the company.
  • Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:

    • Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
    • Prepare reports for management on recruitment progress, challenges, and successes.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 1 year in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Language:

    English, Malayalam and any other language (Hindi, Tamil etc.)
  • Skills:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
