Job Description

Bulk Hiring & Recruitment:Handle end-to-end mass recruitment for telesales, customer support, and other operational roles. Source candidates through job portals (Apna, Naukri, Indeed, etc.), referrals, and social media. Conduct telephonic screening and schedule interviews in coordination with team leads. Maintain daily MIS of lined-up, interviewed, and selected candidates. Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities for new hires. Coordinate with multiple branches (Delhi & other locations) for manpower requirements. HR Operations:Support in attendance and leave management. Share accurate data for salary processing (new joiners, exits, absentees, etc.). Maintain employee records and documentation. Handle joining kits, ID cards, and employee files. Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
